Please Notify SVU If You Change Jobs or Move

If you change jobs, move to a new office location, move to a new home, or get a new phone number or a new e-mail address, SVU needs to know about it to keep your membership record current in the SVU member database and the Online Membership Directory. By doing so you also won’t miss out on any issues of the Journal for Vascular Ultrasound (JVU), or any membership mailings regarding SVU’s Annual Conference, regional vascular interpretation courses, RPVI Exam Review Courses, and new products/services.
