SVU Welcomes 53 New Members in December
Please join SVU in welcoming the following 53 new members who joined
the Society in December 2005. We are very happy to welcome them
to the SVU Team. SVU ended 2005 with 757 new members, a
new record! Last year SVU had 680 new members, our highest
new member total until this year. We exceeded that 2004 total this
year by 77 new members. Congratulations to all of those members
who helped recruit new SVU members this year. Our goal for 2006
is to again break this 757 new member record. We urge members to
buy into the current SVU membership recruitment theme of “Each
One – Reach One” and get at least one new member
for SVU in 2006.
You can check our new member progress this year on the New Member
Chart on the home page of the SVU website. We look forward to your
help in 2006 in adding new members and their voices to ours so that
SVU speaks with a stronger voice with CMS, on Capitol Hill, and
within the ultrasound profession. Thanks again for your support
of SVU!
