This new edition of the Glossary of Terms handbook includes a section on key prefixes and suffixes used in the profession, and also a new five-page section on key acronyms used in the vascular ultrasound profession. However, for those members and non-members who would like to purchase the printed, compact, and easy-to-use 86-page glossy version of the Glossary of Terms, 5th Edition, they can do so by accessing the handbook’s order form also on the website at www.svunet.org/publications/books.htm. Members receive a discounted price for the new 5th Edition Glossary. SVU also is offering a volume discount for those members and non-members who would like to order a number of copies of the printed handbook for all of the vascular technologists/sonographers in their lab.
