Please Contact SVU If You Have Moved Recently Because of the Hurricanes

The Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) is very interested in finding out how its members who are located in the Gulf Coast region and affected by the recent hurricanes are doing. Because the U.S. Postal Service is restricting the delivery of mail to the Gulf Coast areas that were devastated by the recent hurricanes, SVU is unable at this time to mail anything to several of its members in the affected region, including the quarterly Journal for Vascular Ultrasound (JVU) quarterly magazine.

If you have access to email, please notify SVU at svuinfo@svunet.org regarding your housing and employment status, or call the SVU national office toll free at 800-788-8346. If you have moved to another part of the country to find housing and employment, we also would appreciate knowing where you are and how we can contact you so we can update your SVU membership record and make sure you get your JVU issues and other SVU mailings at your new address.

If you are aware of an SVU member who has moved to another city or state because of the hurricanes, please contact the SVU national office at 800-788-8346 with that information so that we can update our member database. Thank you.

One SVU member in Washington State has offered some temporary staffing positions for those SVU members affected in the Gulf Coast region who are looking for new jobs. Contact the SVU office at 800-788-8346 for details. Thank you.
