On-Site Registration Only Available for Advanced Interpretation Course in Boston, Sept. 9-10, 2005

On-site registration only is available for SVU’s Vascular Ultrasound Advanced Interpretation Course in 2005 in Boston, Sept. 9-10, at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in the Cambridge area of Boston. There are still a few spots available for attendees.

This 2-day advanced course on vascular ultrasound interpretation is designed to provide attendees with the necessary information to interpret vascular studies. A thorough understanding of the concepts of vascular diagnostic testing and diagnostic criteria is required before you can interpret vascular studies. The Course faculty, who all are experts in the field of vascular ultrasound, will assist you in understanding these concepts and diagnostic criteria. As the role of the vascular laboratory continues to expand, reliability and accuracy is dependent on informed technologists and physicians performing and interpreting vascular studies.

Who Should Attend

Physicians and vascular technologists/sonographers who are working in the vascular ultrasound field and want to update and enhance their knowledge of interpretation of vascular ultrasound studies:

  • Physicians (vascular surgeons, cardiologists, radiologists, neurologists…) seeking to gain or improve their overall knowledge and skills in noninvasive vascular diagnosis
  • Vascular technologists/sonographers who are seeking to further their understanding of the technical and interpretative aspects of vascular testing
  • Any physicians and vascular technologists/sonographers seeking to gain greater knowledge of the clinical perspectives underlying test performance
  • Any physicians and vascular technologists/sonographers who require continuing medical education in vascular technology to maintain either laboratory accreditationor individual credentials.
