Please Notify SVU If You Change Jobs or Move

If you change jobs, move to a new office location, move to a new home, get a new phone number, or get a new e-mail address, SVU needs to know about it to keep your membership record current in the SVU member database. By doing so you won’t miss out on any issues of the Journal for Vascular Ultrasound (JVU), or any membership mailings regarding your annual dues invoice, SVU’s Annual Conference, regional vascular interpretation courses, and new products/services. Just send an email with your new contact information to svuinfo@svunet.org, or call the SVU national office at 1-800-788-8346.
