ICAVL Accreditation Short Course in Anaheim is Free

In the printed Preliminary Program for SVU's 27th Annual Conference at the Vascular Annual Meeting 2004 in Anaheim, June 3-5, 2004, it was incorrectly printed on the SVU registration form that there is a fee to attend the pre-conference ICAVL Accreditation Overview Short Course on Wednesday, June 2, 2004. There is NO charge to attend this ICAVL Accreditation Overview Short Course, it is free to anyone attending the Vascular Annual Meeting 2004. SVU and ICAVL both want as many people as possible to hear about the benefits of vascular lab accreditation through ICAVL. ICAVL Executive Director Sandy Katanick, RN, RVT, FSVU, CAE, and ICAVL Director of Accreditation Cindy Weiland, RRT, RVT, will provide all of the details regarding ICAVL accreditation and answer your questions on it.
