SVU Announces Technical Showcase Winner |

LANHAM, MD, July 11, 2005 – At the Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) 28th Annual Conference on June 16-18, during the Vascular Annual Meeting 2005 in Chicago, a Technical Showcase was held on the expo show floor. It is a unique feature of the Vascular Annual Meeting that allows meeting attendees to see hands-on demonstrations, video presentations or other educational material that supports topics presented at the meeting. Exhibitors who provide the instrumentation used in vascular examinations have their clinical specialists and/or experts demonstrate techniques using models with or without pathology. Participation for 1 hour at the Technical Showcase demonstrations counted for 1 SVU Annual Conference SVU-CME for SVU meeting registrants. Participants who visited at least two participating booths during the Technical Showcase were eligible for prizes.
