Announcing Call for Papers for the 2010 SVU Annual Conference

Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to the vascular profession and be recognized at the 2010 Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) Annual Conference gathering of vascular technology professionals, vascular physicians, and industry representatives dedicated to vascular disease and its diagnosis and treatment. SVU will be meeting in conjunction with the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS).

Abstract Deadlines

Remember these deadlines for participation in the 2010 SVU Annual Conference:

Your oral or poster presentation abstract submission for the SVU’s 2010 Annual Conference may be on a topic of your choice. Material must be original and not previously presented or published. Case studies or a small series of patient studies are not usually considered for oral presentation, but are welcome for posters or case study sessions when offered at the SVU Annual Conference.

Nominations for 2010 SVU Annual Election

The 2010 Nominations Subcommittee, chaired by 2010 President-Elect Debbie Pirt, is now soliciting names of members interested in running for one of the three elected technologist director positions for the 2010 SVU Annual Election to be held at the 2010 Annual Conference in Boston, MA, June 10-12, 2010.

Each member interested in running for a three-year term (2011-2013) on the SVU Board of Directors must submit a Candidate Profile/Nomination Form to the SVU national office by January 15, 2010 for consideration by the Nominations Subcommittee for the 2010 Annual Election.
