SVU 30th Anniversary Gala Reception Modest Gala Reception fee covers full buffet dinner, two drink tickets, participation in special SVU prize giveaway, a DJ for dancing from 7:00-11:00 pm and other entertainment.
Attendee ticket for Gala Reception: $25 Additional Gala Reception tickets for spouses/guests: $25 ea.

Written confirmation will be issued once paid registration is received.

Refunds

All requests for refunds must be in writing. Requests received before May 21, 2007 are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 21, 2007 only credit toward a future SVU education program.

Substitutions

If the registrant is unable to attend, substitutions are welcome and can be made at anytime, including on-site.
